Creative Springs is a creative and digital marketing agency based out of Florida, and we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Project Manager to join our team! Our agency is a collaborative, fast-paced environment that relies on creativity to produce innovative work. You’ll be joining a team composed of the most creative, interesting, and talented marketing professionals in the business! We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Project Manager with experience in an agency setting and the desire to be a driving force in the growth of our agency. You’ll work within the framework of a supportive team that will depend on you to lead them in the execution of ongoing account tasks, while simultaneously leading clients’ planning, campaigns, strategies, events and activations.  

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven marketing professional to manage advertising accounts, drive content marketing initiatives, and oversee project workflows across client campaigns. This role blends strategic marketing execution with hands-on project management, requiring both analytical and creative skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Experience and Core Responsibilities

Advertising & Paid Media Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid search and social advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Make data-driven recommendations for ad budgets and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI.
  • Provide clear performance reporting to clients and leadership.
  • Researching and pitching blog and social media topics aligned with strategic goals
  • Managing content calendars across social media, blogs, and digital platforms
  • Tracking and interpreting campaign analytics, customer engagement, and satisfaction data
  • Preparing reports and turning insights into actionable marketing recommendations
  • Collaborating with design or creative teams to develop engaging digital content

Project & Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day client projects using internal project management tools.
  • Assign tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through the project lifecycle.
  • Support account managers and leadership with reporting, coordination, and client communication.
  • Serve as a bridge between strategy, creative, and execution teams to keep campaigns on track.

Note: While you’ll be responsible for the areas listed above,  you won’t be expected to wear every hat. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of talented copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors, so you can focus on doing your job well, not everyone else’s.

Experience that is not required, but will set you apart

Content Marketing & SEO

  • Writing and editing copy for ads, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing assets
  • Conducting SEO audits, keyword research, and implementing on-page SEO strategies

Research 

  • Analyzing customer demographics, preferences, and buying behavior
  • Researching consumer opinions and marketing trends to guide campaign direction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and project management.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content marketing best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Proven ability to manage client communications and relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration and accountability on both sides.
  • Graphic design skills (a plus, but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay and Compensation Package

  • Annual Salary: Based on previous level of experience
  • $25/month Aflac health benefit (vision, dental, short term leave, etc.)
  • Retirement: 401K match up to 4% of your salary (contributed weekly)
  • PTO: 4 weeks of combined PTO/Sick Time
  • Holidays: 9 company determined paid holidays
