About
Our Mission
We tell your story. With words, design, and videos — we can even turn mind-numbing data into a compelling narrative.
The story is clear, created with a voice that is all your own — whatever tone fits the brand, the messaging, the humans behind the company name. The story is interesting. Memorable. And it makes your audience want to act.
At Creative Springs, we’re here to tell stories that resonate with people, true stories, your stories. The goal? Ignite Creativity and Empower Brands.
Our approach helps companies clarify their business goals and solve marketing problems. A successful marketing campaign comprises results-driven strategies, creative work, and insightful analytics. Creative Springs offers all of this…and more.
Our team, each an expert in their field, dedicates their experience and skill set to meet your objectives. Together, we develop unique brand strategies, lead-generating websites, clever content, and irresistible digital marketing campaigns. Nothing is one-size-fits-all. The work we do for you is as custom as you are, designed to elevate your company above the competition.
Our story-driven tactics connect with your target audience and boost your brand — from business consulting to video content to event marketing and much more. Visit our website to see our portfolio of white-glove services, then partner with us to discover new revenue streams for your business.
What We Believe
We believe that every obstacle is surmountable, every challenge solvable. With our a la carte suite of services, we put that philosophy into action.
And we have fun doing it!
For us, marketing is more than a list of tasks. To-do lists can help keep folks organized and on track, but marketing is fun! For real: If we didn’t enjoy the work we do, we would do something else.
We recognize that marketing requires forethought and structure. (Even internet memes follow a format and purpose.) But it’s creativity that makes people laugh, inspires them to do great things, or grinds their gears.
So what do established, reputable businesses like ours need besides our daily to-dos? Inspiration, talent, skill, and a credo that determines how we get the job done.
Our Guiding Principles
There are many ways to operate a marketing agency. For us, it looks a lot like a team sport. We align on goals and vision and then work hard as a team to get where we want to go. That’s what keeps us off the bench and in the game!
Here are our top-five defining values that drive our decision-making and describe our vibe:
The best idea wins. Always.
No, really. We don’t need to be right. We want our strategies to work. And that means we will incorporate good ideas based on the merit of the idea, regardless of its source. We work together, and if a member of our team, or our client, has a cool idea — pitch it.
Speak in terms of solutions, not problems.
We believe in the importance of owning our work, and that means we don’t bring up a problem and hand it off to someone else to deal with.
We crave solutions. Sometimes, those solutions are a bit…off the beaten path. That’s okay, we’re willing to take the road less traveled. After all, “ordinary” doesn’t win awards.
Give Grace.
We assume the people around us are working with the best intentions. We’re all imperfect humans, and we’re in this together. Mistakes happen. We catch them. We fix them. We help you explain them. Our team is all about collaboration, not conflict. Dexterity, not drama.
Keep a
learner’s mind.
“In times of change, learners inherit the earth, while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.” (Eric Hoffer)
We always keep a learner’s mind, and we don’t take knowledge for granted. Our goal is for our team and our clients to have ample opportunity to learn. Whether it’s analytical data or new ways of solving problems, we’re hungry for knowledge.
Accept the onus of understanding.
If we don’t understand something, it’s our responsibility to learn it and understand it.
If our audience doesn’t understand something, it’s our responsibility to successfully communicate and help them understand it.
The onus of understanding is on us. At every turn…in every moment.
