Jen Houser is the Founder and President of Creative Springs, a Florida-based marketing agency. With acute ability to cast vision, Jen leads her team in delivering innovative marketing solutions that drive success for their clients.

Her career journey—from merchandising at Target Corp. in Minneapolis to helping build an experiential marketing staffing agency in New York City—has shaped her ability to blend creativity with strategy in a way that delivers real results.
At Creative Springs, Jen fosters a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and bold thinking, empowering both her team and clients to reach their full potential. Whether she’s creative directing a video shoot, crafting a digital marketing strategy, or listening intently to understand a client’s unique needs, she brings a joyful and insightful approach that fuels growth. She believes that marketing isn’t just about campaigns—it’s about building brands that inspire and make an impact.

Brand Strategist
With a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida, Christine has worked in all facets of the marketing and communications universe.
With a bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of Florida, Christine has worked in all facets of the marketing and communications universe. This includes account management at full-service agencies, public relations for an international market research company, and several years overseeing marketing and communications efforts at the University of Florida. At Creative Springs, she is a Brand Strategist, responsible for keeping all projects moving forward to achieve client's goals and meet deadlines. Her favorite part of this job is watching an idea from a conversation come to fruition. She says, "Our client's successes are our successes and vice versa. The partnership is my favorite part!" In her free time, Christine loves to read (book club nerd alert!) and spend time with her gorgeous kids, husband, friends, and family.

Lauren Debick
Brand Strategist
With a master’s degree in marketing and public relations from the University of Denver, Lauren’s mission is to foster meaningful connections and drive impactful growth for her clients and team.

Lauren has over a decade of experience in developing strategic marketing campaigns, reputation management initiatives, and engagement opportunities with corporations, non-profits, government agencies, and entrepreneurs. At Creative Springs, she is a Brand Strategist, and plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of campaigns from conception to completion. Whether managing timelines, allocating resources, or troubleshooting unforeseen challenges, she approaches every project with professionalism and a commitment to excellence. Lauren is a twin mom and in her free time loves getting outside to run and spending time on the water.

Macy Marx
Social Media and Project Manager
Macy serves as a Social Media and Project Manager at Creative Springs, where she supports clients through thoughtful planning, research-informed strategy, and steady execution. She loves helping real businesses connect with real people, using social media to build trust, tell meaningful stories, and strengthen community.
From developing content calendars to creating graphics and producing engaging reels, Macy enjoys bringing ideas to life in a way that feels both creative and intentional. With a heart for organization and collaboration, she works to ensure each project moves forward smoothly and that clients feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Macy enjoys spending time with her husband, being involved in her church community, getting outdoors, and relaxing at home with her three cats.

Colin Holmes
Senior Production Designer & Editor
Colin attended William Paterson University where he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts while studying 3D Animation and Graphic Design.
Colin attended William Paterson University where he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts while studying 3D Animation and Graphic Design. Since college, he has grown his skill set by working professionally in the video production industry focusing primarily on motion graphics and video editing. He has worked for companies designing entire product lines, brand identities, managing and designing monthly social media content, and tons of print collateral. His friendly and laid-back personality makes him a perfect collaborator for anyone who partners with Creative Springs. Outside of work you might find Colin playing a new board game with his friends or cheering on his favorite New Jersey hockey team. Go Devils!

Emily Rogers
Copywriter
Emily brings over 10 years of copywriting experience to the Creative Springs team. She has a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
Emily brings over 10 years of copywriting experience to the Creative Springs team. She has a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Organizational Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, both earned from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
She came to Creative Springs after working as a marketing copywriter, editor, communications professional and journalist. She has been a freelance copywriter, writing for financial institutions, higher education, small businesses, nonprofits, and digital marketing agencies.
From captivating articles to persuasive copy, Emily brings precision, creativity, and a keen understanding of each audience to every project. She aims to help clients convey their message clearly and compellingly, ensuring their content stands out. Outside of work, Emily enjoys writing fiction, reading, and relaxing at home with her husband and two cats.

Jessica Skorich
Website Designer/Developer
Jessica is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Design and Media. She combines her knowledge of design and technology to help create more efficient and user-friendly web experiences so that businesses can move forward with a solid digital presence.

She has a depth of experience in industries spanning education, medical, tech, law, e-commerce and has a passion for working with nonprofits in designing for accessibility. She loves learning new platforms, but her preferred platforms include WordPress and Shopify, as well as Drupal, Squarespace, Wix, etc. Her passion for designing & developing websites helps Creative Springs serve our clients with engaging websites that are new and innovative.

Matias Raby
Digital Strategist
Matias brings over 20 years of digital marketing experience to the Creative Springs team. With degrees in Marketing, Communications, and Graphic Design, Matias shines while working on web development, digital marketing, graphic design, and communications. He is passionate about connecting with Creative Spring's clients to develop marketing strategies that are goal-oriented, creative, and data-driven. He came to Creative Springs after working for 10 years at his own digital strategy agency, and previously as Creative Director and Web Designer. He has also been a Digital Strategy Professor for many years. Matias geeks out with everything digital marketing-related and is always learning and teaching the latest trends. On his own time, he likes going out with his family, attending concerts, going to movies, and craft beer.

Terri Bradford
Digital Strategist
Terri brings over 20 years of digital strategy and communications leadership to the Creative Springs team, specializing in brand strategy, SEO, design, and data-driven campaigns. She blends her technical degree with creative vision to deliver award-winning digital strategies that drive measurable results.

Wesley Houser
Chief Cuteness Officer
Wesley is the youngest (and arguably most important) member of the team. At just one year old, he specializes in boosting morale, providing much-needed perspective, and reminding us all to take joy in the little things. When he’s not overseeing operations, Wesley can be found toddling around the office, going on tricycle rides, and spending time with his dog, Aubrey. His contributions include spreading smiles, inspiring work-life balance, and setting the standard for curiosity and enthusiasm.
