Creative Springs is a creative and digital marketing agency based in Florida, and we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Branding, Website & Graphic Designer to join our team! Specifically, we need a seasoned designer that will produce creative and inspiring branding, website design and graphic design work to support strategic marketing campaigns for Creative Springs and their clients.
Our agency is a collaborative, fast-paced environment that relies on creativity to produce innovative work. You’ll be joining a team composed of the most creative, interesting, and talented marketing professionals in the business! We’re looking for a Branding, Website & Graphic Designer with experience in an agency setting and the desire to be a driving force in the growth of our agency. You’ll work within the framework of a supportive team that will depend on you to lead them in the execution of ongoing account tasks, while simultaneously leading clients’ planning, campaigns, strategies, events and activations.
Designer Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets across a range of outputs – websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, social content, branding, and presentations – ensuring clarity, performance, and brand consistency
- Elevate and maintain slide templates and marketing decks; design high-impact visuals for executive presentations, board meetings, analyst briefings, and more
- Contribute to and help scale design system, including brand libraries, templates, and component documentation
- Participate in critiques and feedback sessions with a strong point of view and openness to iteration
- Partner with external creative vendors, offering guidance and design direction to ensure output aligns with brand standards
Must Be Proficient in:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and XD
- Web Building Applications: WordPress (Divi, Elementor), Figma, etc.
- Presentation Platforms: Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google Suite
- Digital Mailing Platforms: MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design for digital experiences
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML
What You’ll Need to Succeed
The Branding, Website & Graphic Designer will concept and pitch creative ideas to clients and produce cutting edge and fresh designs. Success requires persuasive selling technique, the ability to pinpoint client needs and link them to campaign outcomes. Needs to thrive in a constant feedback culture that is highly collaborative and results-oriented. To connect with and inspire both clients and team members, you will need an engaging communication style, a confident and persuasive outlook, the ability to quickly grasp client pain points and goals, and the ability to apply mastery of creative design techniques to client campaigns.
You’ll need:
- 5-10 years of experience in branding, visual, or marketing design roles within either in-house or agency
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional web design and visual storytelling skills, with work spanning digital campaigns, illustrations, and design systems
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of taste – you care deeply about quality and craft
- Strategic vision that produces unique, effective design concepts and ideas
- Innovative thinking and a desire to try and implement new design tactics
- Extensive graphic design skills and cutting-edge knowledge of design trends
- Collaborative decision-making approach that includes others in the design and development process while also providing thought leadership and strategy direction
- Ability to implement design ideas strategically as you adapt to different client needs and goals
- Open to receiving feedback about creative ideas

Job Type: Full-time
Pay and Compensation Package
- Annual Salary: Based on previous level of experience ($50K-$65K)
- Limited Aflac health benefit (vision, dental, short term leave, etc.)
- Retirement: 401K match
- PTO: 4 weeks of combined PTO/Sick Time
- Holidays: 9 company determined paid holidays
Required experience: BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Web Design/Development or relevant field
Preferred experience: 5-10+ Years as a Graphic Designer or Web Designer
